If anyone has been watching the news lately you don't if you should laugh or cry.

We are seeing some of the funniest shit going on in the most serious of situations.

Russia invades Ukraine, a black women wanting to be a Supreme Court Judge can't explain what a women is, yet she was selected because she is one, who also happens to be black, Old Joe can barely finish a sentence and can't tell the difference between his wife and the VP and the VP has an issue with laughing hysterically at the worst possible moment when questioned by the press or in public.

We are seeing the cost of living increasingly out of reach of most people.  (even the rich are complaining)

To prove the orange man was bad old Joe undid almost every directive OM put in place, that for once in my lifetime, actually improved the country's well being. We "were" energy independent selling more overseas than we ever imported. We were securing our Southern border even while the Dem's were rolling out the red carpet. We "had" a real space department suggesting the acknowledgement the US must stay ahead in the race for space. And a bunch of other stuff lost in the noise of all the false accusations filling the news non stop. But thank you old Joe all that is gone. We are buying oil from Russia, supplying them with cash our sanctions are supposed to be taking from them so they stop the war in Ukraine. Old Joe attempts to pack the Supreme Court with a black woman simply because she's black and who until recently identified as a real woman. (seems she's not so sure) Which is understandable considering:

A guy, who thinks he's a gal, dresses like one, is put in charge of the US Health Department and get's named as women of the year, is now normal. To prove it, another man, who thinks he's a woman, competes in a women's swimming competition, wins, and becomes the fastest "woman" swimmer of our time. How the hell does this happen? Are there NO adults in the room who can stand up and say no to this nonsense? Oh, wait. If you do make a stand you become the hateful, thoughtless, racist individual society can barely tolerate. What to parents think they are, telling the board of education to not teach their kids about how they can be any sex they want, regardless of what biological one they started life as. When did parents ever have control over what their kids should learn and believe? Never according to the state run education system. So, sit down, shut up and let your much smarter toddler decide for themselves if it's a he/she/shem or whatever the new noun is to be.

I could go on but my blood pressure is raising and this writing is supposed to be calming.

So, to next time....

 Today's beef is the same as every day's. I have to stop reading the news, go back to comics. All I can say is, get right with God, the end is near, be prepared.

I guess this is becoming more a journal than a blog. It's okay, it's therapeutic.

Besides, I don't advertise it anywhere so whose to know but me that it even exists?

So today I'm thinking why am I bothering? With life. I survived a catastrophic heart attack resulting in a quintuple by-pass that not many people survive. Yet I did, And it begs the question, why? What purpose could there be for saving me? Sure the typical reasons, family, friends, great doctors and neither the devil nor God wanted me. I don't like the fact that I am not appreciative (I am but don't show it) enough to reevaluate my second chance and what should I be doing to show I'm grateful. But hey, I'm 64 years old and I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up.  

 Am I the only one not getting it? I can't figure out the improvement from what Trump was doing to what Biden is (or his handlers) is now doing. Is the current policies being implemented really what is wanted? Does anyone realize the US is broke, as in no money? Our tax dollars are being pissed away or stolen and no one seems to notice or care. I didn't ask for or approve the impeachment(s) yet we paid for them. We went from the lowest unemployment in America in decades, to, in a months time, having people fired/laid off in droves. Boy, what was I thinking when I imagined this was a great idea? (sarcasm, I wasn't thinking) Can anyone explain to me how the candidate who dropped out early (one of if not the first) from their own parties primary, ends up VP? She's no gem that's for sure and I bet within months, maybe weeks, she is POTUS. The anti-Christ would be a more welcome replacement for Biden. 

 I am having a terrible time dealing with the new administration. Normally I wouldn't be effected by the results but this time is different. I was unhappy when Carte won the presidency and considered him to be the weakest, most worse president ever. WOW, what did I know? Clinton comes into office and although I survived the Carter years, I feared these. Well thank God he kept himself busy in the oval office and didn't cause too much trouble. His first term. I cried the night he won his second term. It didn't make sense. How was/is it possible? Seems it all came down to your definition what "it" is. The point being that no matter how bad I believe a president is, the impact is not felt fully on my life. I survived the Clinton years. (Actually laughed my arse off all eight years.)

But then it all changed.
